Variable Definitions:

Poor Mental Health: The percentage of adults who report 14 or more days during the past 30 days during which their mental health was not good

Poor Physical Health: The percentage of adults who report 14 or more days during the past 30 days during which their physical health was not good

Diabetes: The percentage of adults who report being diagnosed with diabetes by a medical professional

Routine Check-ups: The percentage of adults who report having been to a doctor for a general physical exam in the previous year

No Leisure-Time Physical Activity: The percentage of adults who did not participate in any physical activities or exercises other than their regular job during the past month
