Katherine (Mingyue) Ding is a second-year Master of Public Administration student at the USC Price School of Public Policy from Beijing, China. She is also pursuing a Certificate in Public Policy Advocacy at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She holds a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Peking University. Her policy interests include development economics, sustainable finance, and climate justice. Katherine worked with the United Nations in China, supporting research and coordination on Sustainable Development Goals. As a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, she actively contributes to youth-led development and inclusive global cooperation.
