LA County Office of Diversion & Re-Entry Recidivism Risk Dashboard

To help the LA County Office of Diversion and Re-Entry (ODR) understand where they might target additional services, the NDSC team developed a dashboard mapping key risk factors for recidivism in carceral systems across LA County neighborhoods. The dashboard included a percentile ranking of each neighborhood across four different risk factors including: unemployment rate, unsheltered homelessness, health disadvantage index, and arrest rate. LA County ODR offices were also shown on the dashboard to help identify where gaps in services may exist in relation to higher risk areas.
